Can I exchange my order if it’s not the right fit?

Rough Cut Golf will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise.  We will issue a refund for all undamaged or unused products returned within 45 days of purchase.  Your return must contain your original receipt and will be sent to your original payment method.  Your product must be in it’s original packaging (if possible and with all accessories and tags) to receive a full refund.  

Can I return a final sale item?

Any items listed as a final sale item on Rough Cut Golf cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best at Rough Cut Golf to accommodate an address change.  Please email Inquiry@roughcutgolf.com with your name, order number and best contact information.  Our response time is generally 1 business day.
