What is your shipping method?

Rough Cut Golf offers standard shipping, expedited and overnight shipping.   The rates are specific to your address so please inquire at checkout for a price specified to your order.

How long does standard shipping take?

Rough Cut Golf Standard shipping must be received and credit card processed by 12pm EST Monday-Thursday.  Orders will typically be delivered between 5-10 business days.  Rural or remote locations can typically take 10 business days.

How long does expedited shipping take?

Expedited shipping must be received and credit card processed by 12pm EST Monday-Thursday.  Orders will typically be delivered between 2-3 business days.  Rural or remote locations can typically take 3 business days.

How long does overnight shipping take?

Overnight shipping must be received and credit card processed by 12pm EST Monday-Thursday.  Overnight shipping orders placed on Friday, weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, Rough Cut Golf is only shipping within the United States.

Where can I find my tracking information for my order?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once the order is processed, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking number on it.
